Those who have lived in the US continuously since January 1, 2010, may be considered for DAPA. Additionally, applicants must have been physically present in the US on November 20, 2014 when making your request, had no lawful status, a son or daughter of any age or marital status who is a citizen or lawful permanent resident, and have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more misdemeanors, do not otherwise pose a threat to national security, and are not an enforcement priority for removal.
